After ministering with Pastor Tom and Bonnie Dueschle at Hear the Word Church, I packed and met Bishop Tudor Bismark of New Life Church. He transported me to the Sheraton Hotel where his church meets on Sundays. We had lunch as he reviewed the itinerary for the week. That evening I was to speak to his Bible School students in the theatre Bishop Tudor had purchased for his church but had outgrown. I shared with the ministry leaders the 10 Relationships with a focus on the fact that ministry is eigth on the list and that many fail in growing to the level God has called them to because they put it first, sometimes even over God.
I also taught the principles that are written in my book RELATIONSHIPS. It was a good evening for all of us.
Wednesday, I conducted a leadership session with the staff of Bishop Tudor's ministry. I ministered on the process to build an annual plan for a ministry based on the process of planning and marketing.
The Bishop's comment was "How did we come this far without something like this?"
After lunch I shared with them the pattern of success in life including ministry. The pattern of revelation, inspiration, application is the growth pattern of all relationships. After application it is important to add continued revelation or the relationship moves to institutionalization and if it continues without fresh revelation it will move to destruction. The key is continued revelation.
