Franklin Santagate was part of the Christian Men's Network, founded by the late Dr. Edwin Louis Cole. Joining the ministry in March, 1982, as a financial partner, he grew in relationship over the years to be a Board of Governor, a Minister to Men, being commissioned in the charter group of 27 men in 1998, as well as serving the Board of the ministry as Executive Director.

He traveled with Dr. Cole around the country as well as many nations of the world, where he would just carry his mentor's briefcase, lead advance teams, front the meetings, MC or minister for and with him.

Today, he is one of the leaders of Real Man Ministries, serving with Ken Madden, under the covering of Pastor Tommy Barnett of Phoenix First Assembly. He is a regular minister and speaker at the Real Man weekly Men@Workmeeting.

This experience and expertise brings to pastors a profound, potent and piecing message for men of God. Pastors can have Franklin minister at a monthly meeting, men's conference or retreats.
